The Story...of Hope continued

So I wanted to give you an update on the very sick little kitty I blogged about several weeks ago. I am so happy to say, we finally got her fever to break! :) After several trips to our wonderful local vet and tons of antibiotics, Hope is healthy!

Her back leg has healed, no more limp and her front elbows are completely healed. She was so sick the vet was actually surprised she made it past the first night. Hope now weighs in at a whopping 7 pounds! Quite an improvement from the 4 pounds she weighed when we first took her to the vet. She commented on how much of a fighter Hope is. Our cat Jasmine is finding that out first hand. LOL

Hope loves people but does not like other cats. Jazz seems to take immense delight in getting as close to Hope as she can before Hope has had enough and lets Jazz know it. No physical fights only verbal but man are they verbal!

Anyway, Hope has indeed become a very loved new member of our family and I just wanted to share her happy ending with you and her newest picture!
